In balans Dronten is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement. We process your data because you use our services.
We only use your data for our own administration and with regard to that data In balans Dronten is the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). Without this data, treatment cannot take place.
Your name and address details are used to make the appointment and your invoice. We use your email address and telephone number to make, confirm or cancel appointments, send invoices or other contact regarding appointments and invoices. All other data for the treatment will only be used for the purpose of monitoring the success of the slimming treatment or the Straight away program. These data are: wrist, arm, waist, abdomen, hip, leg and calf circumference, fat and fluid percentage, muscle mass, cellulite, height, weight (hereinafter measurement data).
The processing of the preceding data takes place on the legal basis of performance of an agreement and with your consent. Your name and address details and measurements will be destroyed two years after the end of your treatment, unless the law prescribes that we must retain your data for a longer period.
You have the right to request us to inspect, correct or delete/erase your data, as well as a request to limit the processing of your data. We will then assess and respond to your request in accordance with the conditions as set out in the GDPR.
In balans Dronten does not share personal data with third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. Processing agreements have been concluded with companies that process your data on behalf of In balans Dronten to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality.
