The prices of the bands, gel pads and the shaker in the webshop include 21% VAT.

The prices of the Straight away products in the webshop include 9% VAT.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands Costs:

For orders of €75 or more, the order will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. We will then pay the shipping costs ourselves. For orders with an order amount of less than €75, we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €2,95.

Delivery time:

For all orders within the Netherlands, ordered and paid for on working days before 3:00 PM, delivered within 48 hours! Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next day.

Track & Trace:

We send all orders via parcel post or as letterbox package.

Shipping:

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a Track & Trace code by e-mail, so that you can see where your package is.

* In exceptional cases, however, it may happen that due to busy times (including around Christmas, Easter, Pentecost) or extreme weather, your package is not offered the next day after shipment, but a day later.

Return costs within the Netherlands Costs:

If you want to return your order, or part of it, you can do so within 14 days and these costs are entirely for yourself. As soon as we have received and processed the return shipment, we will transfer the amount to your account within 3 working days. Only the gel pads cannot be returned due to hygiene!

Shipping costs abroad:

Shipping costs for Belgium, Germany and France:

For a package of 0 - 2 kg we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €6.50.

For a package of 2 - 25 kg we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €9.50

Shipping costs for Luxembourg, Spain and Italy:

For a package of 0 - 2 kg we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €6.50.

For a package of 2 - 25 kg we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €10.00

For all other countries, the shipping costs are on request.
